Outdoor living scope is almost always smoother when it’s planned with the pool, not added on after. Here’s how we approach it.
Bundled with a new pool build
Most efficient path. We design pool and outdoor living together — grading, plumbing, electrical, and finish materials are all coordinated. One mobilization, one contractor, one warranty. Often qualifies for pool financing as part of the larger project.
As part of a renovation
If you’re already doing a pool renovation, it’s the right window to add a pavilion, kitchen, or fire feature. The site is already disturbed and crews are already on-site — the marginal cost is meaningfully lower.
Standalone outdoor living project
Have an existing pool already (built by us or someone else)? We still build standalone outdoor living projects — pavilions, kitchens, fire features, hardscape. The pool just isn’t the centerpiece this time.
